Who we are

This website is operated by the NextScene Kids & Youth Film Festival. Our website address is https://nextscenefilmfestival.id. You can contact us at nextscenefestival.id@gmail.com.

What personal data we collect & why
  • Comments: when visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use the service (see Automattic Privacy). After approval, your profile image is public with your comment.
  • Media uploads: avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
  • Forms & registrations: if you submit a contact or workshop form, we may collect your name, email, phone, organization, and any message so we can respond and manage festival participation. Unless noted otherwise, we keep this up to 12 months after the festival for administration and reporting.
  • Tickets: festival tickets are free and collected in person at the Kineforum box office or Festival Booth. If we ever offer online RSVP, we will only use your details to confirm attendance and share essential updates.
